REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not applicable in any case. We only offer exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below. The company reserves the final authority to approve or reject any exchange request.
RETURN POLICY
Conditions:
- Products purchased at discounted prices are not eligible for return.
- Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
- For approved defective items, the paid amount excluding delivery charges will be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted and are non-refundable.
- Any manufacturing defect must be reported to our sales representative within 1 day of receiving the product.

- The item must be securely packed using bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit.
- Once received, the product will be inspected to verify the claim.
- If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
EXCHANGE POLICY
